Dear chair, When I first saw you that one moment and I just brought you in my life, you make me so comfortable that I somehow forgot about my worries, In that little moments. As we growing old many things where change, some times I feel that you try so hard to make me comfortable But now, I feel like things are little change. there where so many thoughts running through my mind and I can’t think straight that point of time .
But whatever the feelings , somehow I feel safe with you just like a child with their parents because they where in home and I feel you are my HOME !
Time for back story
Dear chair , I write this peace in 07/07/2020. that day I was trying to some up my thoughts on the feeling of home, I just read some where , What is Home for you? and I thought my self what is home for me where you feel seen, comfort place of peace and joy, where adult became young, where I feel strength, and seen with the love of home, It was so all of the place but I fell it was so perfect for that time to make me relax and peace of joy what I make to conveying my thoughts with so much clarity that the true heart of communication is connection that time I relies that I express through my art.. The Art of Life ! Art of Expression through journals ,writing in a peace of paper make a huge difference in our life…
There are many but some small steps that make a huge difference in our life. Some of these are :
Gratitude : this is a first step I do, to appreciate the things and people we have in our life its make a huge positive shift in our life.
Kindness : small act of kindness towards others and ourselves can a ripple effect of positivity.
regular exercise :Even a small amount of physical activity can have a significant impact on our physical and mental heath.
Setting boundaries: Learning to say NO, this one thing I learn very early.. setting boundaries and saying No is very hard to except by people But I feel its important and respectful to do that and establishing healthy boundaries can reduce unnecessary stress and improve relationships.
Mindfulness : this one think I must say I learn very hard and right now also working on this area ,Being present in the moment its very hard for me to understand earlier attention to every details can enhance overall well- being and build meaningful relationship also.
Quality sleep : good sleep habits can improve our energy level in right way.
Learning something new : Engaging a lifelong learning, my mantra always.. even in small doses can keep our minds sharp and expand our horizons.
these changes can lead a meaningful input in our lives.
